The BCMB has issued a Notice of Hearing regarding the review of a depot permit. This review was initiated following compliance concerns identified during routine quality assurance inspections.
Under the Beverage Container Recycling Regulation, the BCMB has the authority to conduct hearings to determine whether a depot permit should be suspended, revoked, or subject to conditions.
The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the BCMB's hearing procedures. All parties involved have been notified and provided with the relevant documentation.
